I'm using a windows 7 machine with jaws 13 and I'm encountering a problem with dropbox.
For some reason, the dropbox icon doesn't appear in the insert f11 menu.
The tray icon also doesn't seem to be in the taskbar.
This leaves me without a way to open and use the dropbox tray application.
Anyone have a suggestion for this problem?
this isn't a jaws problem, it's a win 7 one. go to the taskbar and start menu properties and go to the taskbar tab. on there go to the notifications area and customize notifictions. tabe around in there until you find dropbox and set it to show icon and notifications, click the ok button all the way out and you should be good to go.
